How to track my package:
Once the package is shipped, tracking number will be posted into every customer's account page. You will be also notified by your registered email with this tracking number. How shall I do if the package status is not updated:
We always have a customer service team to follow up the status of all the packages. If you find the package's status is not updated, it may be caused by local carrier hubs or custom clearance, especially during busy season. International duties and customs fees:
Products price does not include any local duty or customs fees which may be applied by customs or other authorities in the destination country. Customers will take the responsiblity for any and all fees from the destination customs office or other authorities.
