Returns Within 30 Days - You must return your product within 30 days of the product being purchased: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Before we confirm whether we can return it, please don't send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

The return process

1.If you have a return request (damaged goods are found, or defective goods), please send an email to our email dizallc@outlook.com, including the order number, photos of defects, tracking number etc. 

2.After we received your email, we will make sure your goods is accord with our return requirements. If you are tourist, we will refund from background mode application, after the review and will send you an email to confirm whether or not. if you are a member,  directly submit an application for refund in my order. we in the confirmation email meets the requirements, after the return of the approval, we will send you an email to inform you and send you the return address to avoid mistakes. Refund will be returned to your bank card or other payment.

There are certain situations where we will refuse refunds (if applicable)

Obvious signs of use or that has been opened Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error ,Any item is not returned within 30 days after delivery,and we will refuse refunds.If necessary, please send an email to dizallc@outlook.com. After review, we will mail the corresponding parts according to the evidence you sent (only applicable to small parts).

Refunds (if applicable)

If we send the wrong goods, you will return them for free.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and automatically apply the credit limit to your credit card or the original payment method through your bank within 7 days. within any applicable return days as applied by your bank.

Late or missing

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at dizallc@outlook.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If we send the wrong goods, you will return them for free.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with eligible proof of photos, after we confirm the photos, we will advise the address of warehouse, when we receive the goods, we will send new items to you.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
